Rev. Dr. Kenneth Daniel – Chief Executive Officer

A seasoned leader known for his unwavering commitment to compassionate care across diverse communities, Rev. Daniel serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Radiant Alliance. Since 2011, Rev. Daniel has been the CEO of United Church Homes, the nation’s 19th largest multisite senior living provider. Overseeing the well-being of more than 7,000 residents across 15 states, Rev. Daniel’s visionary leadership is poised to redefine the landscape of healthcare. His holistic approach, blending spiritual values with a dedication to person-centered care, sets the stage for Radiant Alliance to usher in a new era of healthcare excellence.

Kent Anderson – President

Kent believes in and strives to be a servant leader. He has more than two decades of C-suite leadership experience in health care operations and serves as President of Radiant Alliance. He strives for excellence through a focus on delivering superior care and superior services and is always seeking new ways to enhance effectiveness and access for healthcare organizations through innovation and focus on mission. He is deeply committed to driving change in the delivery of not-for-profit healthcare, both locally in Ohio and nationally. Under his leadership, Hospice of Dayton has grown from a single hospice organization serving six Ohio counties into Metta Healthcare, a multi-faceted, not-for-profit healthcare organization providing hospice and palliative care, population health services, durable medical equipment, and medical mobile care services available to Ohioans and throughout the United States.

Rick Marshall – Treasurer

The role of Treasurer at Radiant Alliance is aptly filled by Rick Marshall, who also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Genacross Lutheran Services. Marshall’s financial acumen and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable member of the leadership team. Genacross Lutheran Services, with its 160-year legacy of improving lives, aligns seamlessly with Radiant Alliance’s mission. Marshall’s expertise contributes to the financial stewardship that propels Radiant Alliance toward sustainable growth and impact.
